SHIPPING POLICY

We do everything in our power to provide your products to you in a timely fashion. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Flat Rate Shipping: C'est Le Tee Shop is happy to provide a flat rate shipping rate of $4.95 on USPS Ground to the United States. USPS Ground takes anywhere from 2-8 days in route for delivery.

Free Shipping: Any order over $45 will ship free of charge with USPS Ground.  USPS Ground takes anywhere from 2-8 days to delivery and does not have tracking. **Subscription boxes are excluded from free shipping.

1 or 2 Day Shipping: If you are in a hurry, you may contact us via email at info@cestlateeshop.com for potential 1 or 2 day shipping. You will be charged the difference in shipping cost. Prices will depend on shipping zone through the carrier. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be considered to be placed on the following business day. 

Timeframe: We aim to prepar and ship items within 3-5 business days from date of purchase. All estimated order processing times are in business days (not including weekends or holidays). All orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed on the following business day. All orders with an email address will receive a notification when their package leaves the warehouse.

Subscriptions: Subscription boxes all aim to ship to arrive by first week of the month of that box. We ship boxes ground and can not guarantee a delivery date. Most orders are sent with 3-4 day shipping, but that can not be guaranteed depending on your shipping zone. All orders will receive shipping tracking. If you need your box faster, please reach out to us at info@cestlateeshop.com. 

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse in the USA for the tracking information to appear.
